I AM COACH PBJ

I did not get here by accident. I got here through life, loss, healing, and truth.

I know what it is like to carry pain and still keep showing up. I know what it is like to smile, serve, lead, and push through while silently battling what was never healed. My journey through loss, life, and inner healing is what led me here. I know what happens when a woman finally faces what she buried, heals what tried to define her, and finds her way back to herself.

There was a time when I knew how to show up strong on the outside while carrying unspoken pain on the inside. I know what it feels like to keep moving while shame, hurt, insecurity, fear, and trauma quietly shape how you think, respond, and see yourself.

My journey led me to do the inner work, face the shadows, and reclaim the truth of who I am. What I discovered changed my life. Now, as Coach PBJ, I help women do the same. Through faith rooted coaching and the SHIFT Method, I help women uncover what has been hidden, confront what has been shaping them, and embrace the healing needed to shine in truth, power, and purpose.

I did not just study this work. I lived it. And that is how I got here.
